What we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
Privacy is the product, so we hold ourselves to a simple principle: collect only what is needed to run the service, keep it only as long as needed, and explain it in plain language.
The waitlist#
Before launch, the only personal data Pivien handles is what you give us when you join the waitlist:

Waitlist entries are stored in private storage that isn't publicly accessible. We use your email only to contact you about the launch: it isn't sold, rented or shared for advertising. To be removed, email support@pivien.example.
The service#
The Pivien network is designed around data minimisation. Our full privacy policy, covering exactly what the service processes and for how long, will be published here before the apps are released, so you can read it before you sign up for a plan.
Your rights#
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to support@pivien.example and we'll respond promptly.
